Sale Agreement

By placing a deposit or purchasing an animal from our farm you have agreed to the following terms:

 

We reserve the right to retain any kids from any pairings at any given time, even if a kid already has a deposit placed on it. Those who purchase from us should understand that we have the right to “first pick.” If we have reached out to you after your reservation has been met and we do not hear a response from you after 72 hours your reservation will roll over to the next client. Once your reservation has been met and you have chosen the offspring of your choosing we require a $100 non-refundable deposit for EVERY animal you reserve. You will be contacted about ADGA registration once your reservation has been met and whether that is an option you would like.

 

Performance homes take priority over other reservations. Our farm has the right to take away any reservations placed and refuse sales at any time. Breeding pairs are only set in place once they have been confirmed bred.

 

As a performance herd that is trying to improve the breed in the best way possible, we have the right to allow which animals that will go as performance or pet quality. To help you reach your herds best potential in choosing the right animal we can offer our thoughts on the certain offspring that is available for you.

 

Due to poor choices other herds have made when selling bucklings, we have the right to decide if a buckling should stay intact or be castrated. IF you want a buckling to stay intact and it does not meet up to our standards we will offer to move your reservation to a different pairing or the next year.

 

If your reservation has not been fulfilled you will be notified. If you are wanting to move your reservation to the following year you will be considered to be on the top of the list for that future reservation. You may also transfer your deposit to an open reservation or request a refund of your deposit.

 

ALL pricing is non-negotiable unless it is our decision. IF the pricing is a setback for you and your herd we may recommend you to a different pairing or farm.

 

If this is your first time purchasing keep in mind that goats are herd animals and require a companion. We will not sell goats to homes that don’t already have goats unless you are purchasing more than one from our herd.

 

Once an animal is sold and has left our property they cannot be returned due to bio-security. Once an animal is sold, we cannot guarantee its future health, growth, height, production, or quality. We have spent a small fortune on quality animals from excellent breeding lines and have gone above and beyond to keep them happy and healthy but we have no control of how they will grow and mature. We will ONLY sell healthy animals. Once the animal has left our property we are no longer responsible for its health or growth. 

 

Shipping and transportation is at the buyers expense.  Please consider your transportation needs before making a deposit or purchasing an animal. You will be notified shortly after birth if your reservation has been fulfilled.  Most of our kids leave our farm at 8-14 weeks old.  Please have your transportation plans in place by that time unless alternate plans have been arranged and approved by us.

Goats that leave our farm will be dis-budded, given Baycox, and a round of CD&T.
